D. Rowland Lamb, P.E.
Rowland Lamb is vice president of Coloney Bell Engineering. After receiving a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 1983, Rowland began his career with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). In his 16 year span with FDOT, he held various positions, including District Three Drainage Engineer. As FDOT's Statewide Design Specialist, he was in charge of work zone traffic control and bicycle/pedestrian accommodation. He has qualified as an expert witness in the areas of transportation engineering, workzone traffic control, civil engineering, land planning, and accident reconstruction in crashes involving commercial trucks, automobiles, motorcycles, and pedestrians. Rowland was born in Valley, Alabama, was raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and has lived in Tallahassee, Florida since 1990. Rowland Lamb's full CV is available to our clients upon request.
